REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

3. Steps
Return Process
Request a Return: Email blackfridaydeals@nakedcoaster.com and state the reason you wish to return the product.
Get Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a return authorization with instructions (such as a return address).
Ship the product back: Ship the product to the address specified according to the instructions you received. Please retain the shipping receipt for your records.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its status, the refund will be processed and returned to your payment account within 7business days.
Exchange Process
Request a Replacement: Email blackfridaydeals@nakedcoaster.com and state the reason and product you wish to exchange.
Get Replacement Authorization: We will review your request and provide a replacement authorization with instructions.
Ship the product back: Ship the product to be exchanged according to the instructions.
Sending a new item: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its status, we will send you a new item as soon as possible.

4. Refund Policy
Refund Method: All refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Time: Once the returned item is confirmed, we will process the refund within 8 business days. Please note that the time it takes for banks to process refunds may vary.

5. Cost Instructions
Shipping: The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is caused by merchant error.
Return Shipping: The shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
